MIRACLE OF DEBT RELEASE
In this month's Partner letter, I write that God not only has the power to save us but also to heal us and to release us from financial debt supernaturally. It's part of our inheritance package!
Many times I have prayed and laid hands on the sick in Jesus' Name, and they have recovered. Glory to God! I have also prayed for people, and they have miraculously been born again. Thank you, Jesus!
Well, the same Bible faith and power that produced these miracles can also produce a MIRACLE OF SUPERNATURAL DEBT CANCELLATION. In the letter, I share my story and how God teaches us on the miracle of debt cancellation in His Word.

LIVING THE HIGHER LIFE
Many Christians think that living by faith is hard when the truth is the exact opposite. Faith is the easiest, simplest and most exciting way to live. The life of faith only becomes difficult when you try to mix it with works.
Here's what the apostle Paul wrote,
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
Do you remember how you got born again? Your experience may have been something like this: You heard that God loved you, Jesus died to pay the price for your sins, and God wanted to give you a brand new start (life). When you chose to believe and act on what you heard by faith, and when you prayed the sinner's prayer by faith...a miracle happened.
The process was simple, effortless, and in an instant, you became a "new creation," an heir of God, in Christ Jesus for all eternity. (See 2 Corinthians 5:17.)
In this month's partner letter, I write about Living the Higher Life, which is living according to the higher law of FAITH. It's an exciting letter! Please click here for the entire letter.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS
The apostle Paul wrote,
The late E.W. Kenyon, an anointed pastor and gifted Bible teacher, wrote this profound statement about righteousness,
"When you learn to walk as Jesus walked, without any consciousness of inferiority to God or Satan, you will have faith that will absolutely stagger the world."
Many of God's people have never studied righteousness or even understood what it is. Then, when they don't see their prayers answered or God's promises manifested, they think the issue is a lack of faith and it's not. The real problem is UNDERSTANDING RIGHTEOUSNESS. "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 5:16).
When there is no understanding of righteousness, believers walk in what one man calls "vacillating faith." One minute they are declaring the Word of God and the next minute they yield to circumstances that put them in bondage to the things of this fallen world.
This month's partner letter is on Understanding Your Righteousness. It's a powerful letter and one you will want to read often.

THE TRUTH ABOUT GRACE!
The apostle Paul wrote,
For it is by free grace (God's unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ's salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8 AMPC emphasis mine .
This scripture reveals that the GRACE of GOD rules out all human effort. It requires only FAITH in the Savior. Any mixture of human effort violates grace. Grace is what the Prodigal Son experienced from his father after he "came to himself" and decided to return to his father's house after squandering his inheritance "with riotous living" (Luke 15:13).
Grace is the foundation of our new birth in Christ and is what enables us to live godly in an often hostile and ungodly world.
But there can also be what one man calls "grace abuse," and this abuse is what compels me to write this month's letter, "The Truth about Grace."

BE MY WITNESS!
When the disciples asked Jesus what would be the sign of His coming and the end of the world, He told them,
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24:14 emphasis mine
The Greek word for witness in this verse means "something evidential; with proof or evidence." Jesus told them not to be deceived by those who come in My Name saying, "I am the Christ," or by the wars and rumors of wars that you hear. The end shall not come until the gospel of the kingdom is preached with evidence to every nation.
T.L. Osborn, the great evangelist, said, "More can be accomplished in one year of preaching and teaching the gospel with evidence than in a hundred years of ministry without proof."
In this month's letter, I write that we are called to be God's witnesses, sharing the gospel of the kingdom with signs, wonders and miracles. Our lives should bear Holy Ghost testimony to the perpetual, miraculous power of God! It's the only way we were meant to evangelize the world and separate them from false gods.

I want to share something that has been on my heart. Some of God's people appear to be getting weary, even worn out, from all the negative news that seems to bombard us daily. We must remember that God's people have purposely been planted among the wicked in a hostile world.
If this is happening to you, I want to urge you to go on a "Word Fast." This means, for a few days, turn off the news, get off social media and soak in the "Good News"-the Word of God! You'll be amazed how your thought life and physical well-being will be re-energized!
This month's letter is designed to stir up on the inside of you a renewed sense of excitement and exuberance about your life, your family, your future, and God's destiny for the Church. How? By reminding you how truly GOOD our GOD is. I am writing on the topic of DIVINE FAVOR.
ONE WORD AWAY FROM YOUR MIRACLE
Have you ever noticed that in many of our well-known Bible stories that the hero or heroine was only one word away from a miracle?
Mary, the mother of Jesus, received one word from the angel when she asked "How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?" after being told that she would conceive a son. The angel said, "'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you'" (Luke 1:34-35 MEV).
Mary responded, "be it unto me according to thy word." She received her miracle, the virgin birth of Jesus, which forever changed the entire world.
In this month's partner letter, I share several examples from the Bible and from my own life where ONE WORD FROM GOD resulted in a MIRACLE. This is an exciting letter, so don't delay reading it!
THE MYSTERY OF WORSHIP
Happy New Year!
Do you remember the conversation that Jesus had with the Samaritan woman by the well in John, chapter 4?
While traveling through Samaria, Jesus sat down by a well to rest. He was alone because the disciples had gone to a nearby town to buy food. When the Samaritan woman came to draw water from the well, Jesus asked her, "Would you please give me a drink of water?"
Their conversation soon turned from discussing earthly water and the well-known custom that Jews didn't mix with Samaritans to discussing spiritual water and WORSHIP.
REVELATION OF THE MYSTERY OF PRAISE
PRAISE is one of the most powerful spiritual weapons given to us by God that guarantees a change in our circumstances. It is also the weapon that is most neglected and ignored among many of God's people, and I speak from personal experience.
Many years ago when Veronica and I first moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, things were not going well. I was attending seminary and Veronica was waiting in faith on her job to manifest. Needless to say, money was tight, and my temper was short.
One day when I came home from class, I was in a bad mood, and I didn't bother hiding it. Veronica, trying to cheer me up, said, "Why don't we just praise the Lord?"
IN THE BEGINNING...
Recently I have observed some things in the Body of Christ that led me to write about the topic of this month's letter...the supreme importance of the Word of God in the life of every believer.
Without going into a lot of detail, during this one church service, I noticed that many people in the audience didn't have a Bible, and after I inquired I found that they didn't even have a Bible App on their cell phone. I was concerned, even a little angry.
I was not angry at the people; I was angry at the devil and how he was subtly attempting to weaken the Body of Christ. As children of God, our destinies and dominion are anchored in the Word of God.
FAITH: THE CURRENCY OF THE KINGDOM
Have you ever wondered how much cash Jesus carried around? He must have had more than just "pocket change" because the Bible tells us that Judas was His treasurer (John 13:29 NLT). However, whether Jesus was feeding the multitude or paying his ministers' taxes, He used faith to get the job done because FAITH IS THE CURRENCY OF THE KINGDOM.
Everywhere He went Jesus lived like heaven on earth, just like Adam did before the Fall. He was constantly showing the disciples that money is never a limitation for those who live and operate by the kingdom principle of sowing and reaping..."The just shall live by faith."
In this month's partner letter, I share how Jesus did many things either without money or by having money (provision) supernaturally manifest through faith. You will also read about my personal experience of how God can fully take care of you with only faith. Click here to read the full letter.
FROM FAITH TO FAITH
Our 2018 International Faith Conference is fast approaching, and I hope you are as excited as we are here at the ministry! The conference theme is "From Faith to Faith" taken from Romans 1:17 KJ21, "For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith; as it is written; 'The just shall live by faith.'"
As my Partner, you know that FAITH is the foundation of the ministry. BY FAITH, Veronica and I came to Chicago from Minnesota with only $200 and grew our ministry from a small storefront church on Chicago's West Side to a global ministry that owns two shopping malls.
BY FAITH, we started the Joseph Business School, went on television and radio with the Believer's Walk of Faith broadcast which now reaches almost one billion potential households per week, minister to hundreds of men and women in prison and help ex-offenders to find jobs to re-establish themselves, and much more.
HE RESTORETH MY SOUL
I recently heard something that caused me to "Selah." That means "to pause and calmly think about." Here is what was said, "Everything you are dealing with is a soul issue that you can correct." The way the enemy (satan) stops us is to create a wound in our soul, NOT OUR SPIRIT.
In searching God's Word to find the scriptures that supported this statement, the Holy Spirit showed me some things about healing the wounded soul.
In previous Partner letters we've discussed divine healing for our bodies and how "The Great Physician" redeemed us and empowered us NEVER TO BE SICK ANOTHER DAY IN OUR LIVES. (Remember the testimony of John G. Lake?) I shared how "Christ (Anointing) in us" can destroy every virus, disease and germ that touches our bodies.
The Power Of Your Words
Have you ever noticed in the Bible that most of God's champions who were in the middle of a battle, commonly referred to as a "faith fight," had to say something that sounded totally ridiculous to the natural mind before they received their victory?
For example, there's a story in the Old Testament where the only son of a couple had died. The mother took the son and laid him on the bed of the prophet who would stay in their home when he came through that part of the country. She didn't tell her husband that the young lad was dead. In fact, she said, "All is well" (2 Kings 4:26 WYC). To the natural mind or the intellect, her words were ridiculous.
In this month's partner letter, I write about the power of speaking faith-filled words and how, through words, we shape the unseen and change the seen. Many Christians don't understand that their words have the power to bring life or destroy it (Proverbs 18:21) and that the source of many of their problems, and conversely their answers, is an inch below their nose-their mouth.
Never Get Sick
Last month I wrote about "The Great Physician" and shared that the things we see are controlled by and rooted in the things we cannot see. I applied this spiritual truth to physical healing and wrote that as far as God is concerned, sickness and pain have no right to exist in the body of any born-again child of God. One man even said, "It's illegal."
With this letter, I want to go even further, from getting healed to NEVER GET¬TING SICK, which is what every believer should strive for while here on the earth. When we truly BELIEVE (the result of revelation) that "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law," which means that sickness, disease, and pain have no right to exist in our bodies, we will become unshakeable in the face of every negative health report we hear.
This means that any "evil report" spoken against your health, whether by the news media or by your own doctor, will roll off like water off a duck's back. My desire is to get you so STRONG in FAITH after reading this letter that you'll go from declaring "BY HIS STRIPES I AM HEALED" (Isaiah 53:5) to "I'll NEVER BE SICK ANOTHER DAY IN MY LIFE!"
The Great Physician
There is a simple but profound spiritual truth that, if believed and acted upon, guaranteed, will completely revolutionize your life. At least it did mine. It caused me to cross over what I call the "light line," the barrier that separates this natural, limited material world of human reason from the invisible realm of the spirit.
Here's that simple truth, and the focus of this month's partner letter: The things we see are controlled by and rooted in the things we cannot see. In other words, the physical world is controlled by the more powerful world of the spirit.
A good illustration of this truth is found in Mark, chapter 11 when Jesus cursed the fig tree. The tree instantly dried up from the roots as soon as Jesus spoke words filled with FAITH, even though the leaves and branches were still looking normal.
Rise Up And Walk!
John, chapter 5, tells the story about the crippled man who sat by the pool of Bethesda for thirty-eight years waiting for his healing. At the end of the story, Jesus heals him, saying, "Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath" (verses 8-9).
"Walking" has profound symbolism in the Scriptures. It's often used as a fig¬ure of speech for spiritual maturity or the ability to conquer and establish kingdom rule. It also symbolizes those who are able to "walk in God's Word" and operate or act as judges in the earth.
In this month's partner letter, I share several scriptures and stories, including my own, where God told people to march or walk to enforce their kingdom authority and to possess the land (promises) that He had given them.
Removing The Curse Of Shame
Proverbs 18:14 says,
The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?
The Message translation says, "A healthy spirit conquers adversity, but what can you do when the spirit is crushed?" As a believer, the health of your spirit is key to produce the faith to receive anything from God. It's also key in reaching your God-given destiny.
The force of faith comes out of our spirits. If our spirits are wounded, broken or crushed, it is very hard for us to receive our healing, deliverance, or to overcome negative circumstances (adversity) because our faith cannot work as it should. Faith connects us to the anointing, the burden-removing, yoke-destroying power of God (Isaiah 10:27).
This is why shame, the topic of this partner letter, is so dangerous in the life of a believer. Satan tries to shame the Body of Christ so he can block us from receiving God's promises, from enforcing the victory that Jesus died to give us, and from establishing God's kingdom throughout the world. This letter shows you how to remove the curse of shame from off your life─forever! Share it with a loved one who may be suffering from shame.
Under New Management (February Partner Letter)
Have you ever seen a sign on the outside of a restaurant, usually in big, bold letters, saying "Under New Management"? One obvious reason for the sign is that the establishment wants customers to know that whatever was wrong before─bad food, poor service or dirty bathrooms─it will now be fixed because there is new management on board.
When Jesus came to redeem mankind and to establish the kingdom of God in the hearts of people, He was establishing new management in the earth. For too long, since the time of Adam's fall in the Garden, satan and his demons had been running things. Adam's sin released the curse which affected everything in and on this planet.
But Jesus changed all this. He didn't do away with the curse. He redeemed us from it. Jesus reintroduces the kingdom of God and announces the takeover of His new management team, the Church, to now manage the earth. (Matthew 16:18) I write about this new management in this month's partner letter.
Faith To Change Cities (January Partner Letter)
Mark 11:23-24 says,
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
Weymouth's translation of the New Testament says, "Whatever you pray and ask God for, If you believe that you have received it, it shall be yours" (verse 24).
This is what Jesus taught and how we, as believers, are supposed to function. We are designed to function exactly like God, and how God functions is by FAITH-SEEING things and SAYING things that are not yet physically visible. God's plan is for us to use faith 24/7!
In this month's partner letter, I write about the way faith works, the two common mistakes often made in operating Mark 11:23-24, and how God expects us to use our faith to dominate the earth and to change cities. At the end of the letter I also share what our ministry and another local ministry are doing to affect the violence in Chicago.
Chosen For Stewardship (December Partner Letter)
First Corinthians 4:1-2 MEV says,
Let a man so regard us as the ministers of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful.
As born-again believers in Jesus Christ, God sees all of us as ministers of the gospel and stewards of the things He has given to us. These include our personal gifts and talents, our families, our bodies, all the wealth and resources in and on this planet. God expects us to be faithful stewardsover them all.
In this month's partner letter, I write about stewardship and faithfulness and share examples from the Bible and my personal experiences. I close discussing the rewards of faithfulness. Proverbs 28:20 NIV says, "A faithful person will be richly blessed," and Veronica and I are living witnesses of this truth.
Mysteries Of The Kingdom (November Partner Letter)
Almost everything that the Good News declares or reports is FOOLISHNESS TO THE NATURAL MIND, which mainly describes those who are lost and, unfortunately, many in the Body of Christ whose minds have not yet been renewed to the Word of God.
For example, years ago I shared with my boss that I was leaving my corporate management position at one of the world's biggest and best computer companies and that I was following my calling to preach the gospel.
In short, he thought that I had lost it, especially during one of the worst economies we've had in years. He thought that decision was utterly foolish, and so did most of my colleagues. Well, "HOW YOU LIKE ME NOW!"
Developing Great Faith (October Partner Letter)
By the time you read this letter, our 2017 International Faith Conference, "Lighting the Fire of Faith," will be over. If you were not able to physically be here or join us somewhere in the world over the internet, I strongly recommend that you order or download a complete set of the teachings. Each day and night you could "feel" the fire of faith rising exponentially in the atmosphere.
One of our speakers laid the perfect foundation for this month's partner letter, DEVELOPING GREAT FAITH, when he said, "Faith is a non-negotiable necessity for the Christian's adventure on the face of the earth." I think some church folk have been trying to negotiate with God, hoping to be sent to a local church where they don't have to use one ounce of faith, and here's a newsflash, "It ain't gonna happen." In my opinion, one of the worst things a believer can do is try and stay in a place where he or she doesn't have to use any faith.
Jesus purposely told His disciples things such as a feed the multitude with only two fish and five loaves of bread. He intentionally send them forth, two by two, saying take no money, change of clothing or any of life's necessities.

William S. Winston
